Negroni Week

Negroni Week is a global charity initiative that raises funds for the Slow Food Movement, an organisation dedicated to supporting sustainable food and beverage cultures around the world.

At Gilt Brasserie, $1 from every Negroni sold goes directly to this cause — so every sip does a little good.

Classic, bold, and beautifully bittersweet, the Negroni is more than a cocktail. It’s a global celebration. Come join us.

From Monday 22nd September, we’re raising a glass to the Negroni — the effortlessly simple, perfectly balanced cocktail made with Campari (always), gin, and sweet vermouth.
