Saturday Menu Du Jour is our new weekly ritual, a seasonal three-course set menu inspired by French classics, reimagined with the Gilt touch. It’s elegant, satisfying, and yes, it comes with endless pommes frites.
Because really, there’s no such thing as too many. Endlessly refillable, they’re a welcome constant on the table.
