LUNCH

Indulge in our all-day a la carte dining menu. Bookings available from 11.30am - 3pm. 

DINNER

For dinner, we’re serving a special 4-course New Year’s Eve set menu ($175pp). Bookings essential. 

Expect a mix of Gilt favourites and a few dishes created especially for the occasion, designed for sharing, celebrating, and stretching the night out as long as you like. All in the heart of midtown Auckland.

A Night in The Vault

Looking for something a little more private? Our intimate private dining room, The Vault, is available for one exclusive group booking this New Year’s Eve.

Gather your favourite people, enjoy a celebratory menu behind closed doors, and step out just in time for the midnight fireworks—or don’t. The choice is yours.

Payment is required to secure your reservation from 5:00 pm onwards 

This is an over-18s event.

Dietary requirements and allergies must be advised at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to accommodate, we cannot guarantee requests made on the day. 

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please let us know with as much notice as possible so we may offer your place to others.
